Wow, we've been busy!

School keeps on keeping on! In fact, we're getting ready for NEXT year believe it or not. It is simply crazy to order school books for Maddie's 8th grade year! She says she can't wait to be an eigth grader so she's not a "sevey" anymore. I had to laugh, because she doesn't have any upper classman at home to poke fun of her!!

Jim and mom are really leaving. Our home now has many of the furniture pieces from the family...and Sadie's house too is blessed to be filled with family pieces. Jim and mom had their garage sale last weekend to empty their house of everything. And they actually turn over the house keys Saturday and say their good-bye to the yard and flower beds....of which they'll never miss greatly! For a few weeks they'll travel the area to hug family and friends before they head to Managua, Nicaragua.

My flower beds are starting to green up nicely. And even burst with some color...creeping phlox is such a pretty purple! I'm itching to plant, but know it still early. Last year I planted early and the frost took care of the new plants I had put out. Not playing that game again, I don't like to lose....

Jeremiah is growing so. He's a mere 15 lbs. Yea, my biceps are pumped!! He simply loves to have full attention his way. He's a talker! And a morning baby....so very happy when he wakes up in the mornings. Don't know where he gets that, I have to have a few cups of caffinated coffee to perk me up. And Jack doesn't drink coffee, so his time to perk up takes even longer! God has a sense of humor to give us a morning baby!! What fun it is to grin and laugh early each day...
